susahkan kalau nak maintain berat badan nih. bila kita bersemangat nak kurus menjadi2 selera makan kita...inilah dugaan hidup. terpaksalah sekang nafsu makan. pagi ni pun saya sarapan 3 ketul kuih lapis & secawan teh-o suam..saya dah kurang minum ais dan jarang minum air bersusu...
